Nothing. TrackWork is free to use.
Does my client need the app?
No. You send a PDF, however you already talk to them. They open it like any other attachment.
How do I get my timesheets?
From the iPhone app: pick a client and a date range, and it writes a spreadsheet with every session and its note. Browser export is not there yet.
Do you watch me work?
Not the way monitoring tools do: no idle detection, no keystroke logging, no GPS. We do record anonymised in-app screens to find bugs, with text masked.
